Network marketing is the great equalizer and great revealer.

It’s a great equalizer because anyone who wants to can succeed. 

If you don’t believe in yourself yet, believe in the activities it takes to be successful.  Do them enough times and you will start to see results and it will give you more belief in yourself.  Funny how that works.

It’s a great revealer because you can’t hide.  

Either you are doing what it takes to succeed or you’re not.  Simple.

Wal-mart is an MLM with multiple layers of “commissions” shared among people up and down the supply chain.  Some of the wealthiest people in the world are at the top of the Wal-mart MLM.

Most of the time, you are at the bottom of the other MLM’s out there.

But in NO CASE would anyone in Wal-mart be making any money at all if Sam Walton had not first gone out and worked hard, marketed his company, set up his systems and developed leaders.

In Quest Travel Network, you start out at the TOP of your own business.  That’s right, the TOP! 

But everything that happens after that is absolutely 100% up to you.  

• If you don’t like the tools, develop your own!  It’s your business!  You are an independent representative.
• If you don’t like the way you have been shown to grow your network, develop something that works for you!  It’s your business!
• If you don’t know enough people, get to know more!  Buy leads lists!  Do what it takes to expose 20-30 per day to your business!

Just do it!

If you do that full-on for 6 months, you will be able to “go pro” and be a full-time network marketer and spend 20 hours per week earning more than you do currently working 40+ hours per week.

Just as Sam Walton took it upon himself to build Wal-mart and the results speak for themselves, you now from the TOP of your own business will either take 100% responsible for your businesses growth or make excuses.

If it happens it is because you make it happen.

• The products are there.
• The software works.
• The genealogy is working. 
• The money is flowing.
• People are building and earning.

Are you a Worker or a Whiner? 

MLM has a way of weeding out the non-workers.  According to Kiyosaki, it’s the best business training on earth.

Every great network marketer was a lousy one at first.  No one starts out earning $50k and more per month.  But everyone starts out at the top of their own organization and either gets to work or finds reasons not to get to work.  No two ways about it.

I often give this analogy: if you had never played a trumpet, but you walked out on a stage in a recital hall and started blowing in a trumpet and then got booed off the stage by the audience, you wouldn’t blame the trumpet, would you?  You would know you sounded lousy because you had never played the instrument!  It’s the same in network marketing; if you have never done it there are some simple skills to learn.  Can you learn them? 

100% YES!  Will you learn them?  That’s up to you.  But don’t blame the “instrument” if you don’t! 

Are you a Prospector or a Planner?

MLM has a way of showing those who do the activities necessary and those who talk about it.

There are those people who are always making plans: tweaking their next brochure, writing their next email, putting up their next website, developing their next CD or DVD, lots of busy work. But somehow they never seem to get around to exposing 20-30 per day to their opportunity and following up to sign them into the business.

They plan and plan and plan but never prospect.

What about you?

Are You a Business Person or Just a Busy Person?

Some claim they are just too busy to build their business.  They actually pay the money to get started, then let “life happen” and never get around to doing anything with it. 

When I started my first network marketing business, I was running a full-time ministry, speaking 4 times a week in gatherings around the city, traveling all over the world doing seminars and taking groups on leadership trips, I was the worship pastor at my church training teams and leading music week after week, I was raising six children, and I was part of an international missions organization as their regional director.  No one was busier than I was.  But, I took an hour or two every day, without fail, to build my business and develop over $50k per month in income in a few short months. 

I don’t buy it when someone tells me they are too busy.  I also don’t buy it when they tell me they have exhausted their prospects and have no one else to talk to.  That’s hogwash.  Walk in any grocery store and you will find hundreds of prospects.  Any bookstore, mall, phone book, email list or leads list will yield hundreds of prospects. 

I know of one man who uses the phone book almost exclusively to build his business.  He will just start calling and asking, “You wouldn’t be looking for a way to earn some more money from home would you?”  Invariably he comes across people who were just talking about that very thing!

The great thing about Quest Travel Network is that the plans are already there.  If you want to do a 90-Day Blitz and blast your business to a new level, the plans are there.  Just plug in! 

If you want to develop other tools that compliment your niche or style better, do it!  But use what is there first to start exposing others and develop as you go.  Action is the only thing that brings results.  Not plans.
